The company has the ability to provide you with Digitization Services if you do not have a CAD diagram.  We also have the ability to Reverse Engineer your parts or components and provide you what you need.

Additionally, screw machining capacity allows for the manufacture of small, thin, and slender parts. Our machines can handle up to 2″ in diameter and up to 13” in length.

Our capability includes machining bars of any shape and size including hexagonal, square, round bars and tubing in a wide range of materials.

Besides using traditional tooling machinery, we also use wire EDM to cut extremely hard metals and parts with intricate shapes, and complex angles. On top of that, we can create molded plastic parts from a number of different engineered plastic resins including, ABS, Acrylic, Delrin, Dynaflex, K resin, Lexan, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Santoprene, Ultem, Valox, and many others.
